I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
