I took my 20month old in because she was running 102 degree temp and our regular pediatrician was closed. Though the office was clean and the doctor and staff were very courteous and efficient I will not be going back. The dr. diagnosed my little one with an ear infection and respiratory infection and prescribed amoxicillin. After 48hrs. she still ran a fever and cried after Tylenol wore off. I took her to reg. ped. and was told she had no ear or respiratory infection and dose of antibiotic was too high for her weight. She had a viral infection and laryngitis. There was no need for the antibiotics. Also, after 5 minutes in the room with dr. informed me that my daughter had a mild developmental delay because she was 20 months and not talking up a storm. Though everyone was very nice, I do wonder if they use antibiotics as a cure all if they're unsure of whether it's viral or not.

First off they get you into the back roompretty quick. They asked me to have my baby undress to a diaper. Do his vitals then leave us in the room for 2 hours. UNACCECPTABLE!!!!! Room was freezing cold. baby in just a diaper then the neighboring patient screamed and hollered at his 2 young children for 2 hours straight it wasn't until I threatened to walk out and refuse any charge for the appointment that the doctor finally showed up.
