HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE...DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN!!

We love this pediatrician! We came to her from having an awful experience elsewhere and were so relieved to find the office so friendly and Dr. Palacio to be thorough, knowlegeable, and caring. She truly takes her time with us and answers all of our million questions, and the wait time is always negligible. The nurses are sweet and the office staff organized, but what we are most satisfied with is Dr. Palacio herself. Last time we were there she told my son she was going to "cancel the rest of her appointments and play with him all day!" Obviously she wasn't serious but that she would even say that warmed my heart. She is so professional with us and yet down to earth with my son , talking to him and playing with him while she completes the exams. I have glowing reviews for this office, and as I expect much from the person I am trusting to do whats best for my son, thats saying a lot!
