I give no stars to this office or practice. The front office staff were very rude. They made an appointment for my daughter for a consultation and told me the surgery would be the next Monday. I took off of work, unpaid, in order to be available post surgery. Then when we arrived, the receptionist was waving me in very angrily telling me I should have been there 15 minutes earlier, "hurry, hurry, hurry". I told her I was right on time. It was another patient who was late. That started it. Then we went in to see the Dr. He was dissheveled, ill prepared for the appointment, and hadn't even opened the letter from our orthodontist that was sent two weeks prior to the appointment. So when he was telling us about the surgery, he was saying "I think I will cut here. I think I will cut there". Shouldn't you know these things as a surgeon?

Had he read the letter from our orthodontist, he would have known the supplies needed for my daughter's surgery. Then when I asked the nurse what time surgery would be on Monday, she looked at me and said "where did you hear that surgery would be Monday". I told her the person who scheduled the appointment. Then we went to the front, and the ladies basically denied ever telling me surgery would be the next Monday. I chose this Dr. because of the available surgery date.

My daughter and I were horrified at the unprofessional behavior in the office, and the Dr. seemed nervous and not together. Margarita lunch?

So we left telling them not to do anything on our behalf. I then called them and told them they better the hell not bill me for this appointment because they screwed me out of income. They sent the bill anyway. When I tried to talk to the office manager about the bill and told her I lost income because of this stupidity, she really didn't give a crap. Then they sent me a legal letter telling me I better pay the bill.

AVOID DR. DECINO'S OFFICE AT ALL COSTS!!! He may look impressive to you because he was named a top dentist in 5280 magazine in 2008, 2009 and 2010, but he obviously hasn't been named that for the last three years. Is there a reason? Hmmmm.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
