eiss and his wife are completely fake and attempt to portray genuine concern and a "different approach to medicine," the tone and treatment later were completely different and he was by far the worst pediatrician out of any doctor we have ever dealt with. After our first appointment, Dr. Weiss called later to check up on our baby but that was the first and last time he showed any concern. It's funny how this phone call and overwhelming concern occurred immediately before Dr. Weiss asked us to put in a good word for him in a local newspaper article. After the article was published he wouldn't even say hi to our baby. Every parent knows their child better than anyone else, and when questioned about anything Dr. Weiss became extremely defensive and hostile. It's quite sad that many doctors these days feel threatened when patients come to the appointment having done their research and instead of valuing the tremendous amount of information the parents have and utilizing that to better serve the child, the doctor holds it against them. After informing his office that we checked the medical records online after an appointment and had discovered a completely absurd diagnosis, we were told that the report would be revised only to find a letter in the mail saying that Dr. Weiss would no longer be able to provide service to our daughter (with no justification or basis). As unfortunate as this experience was, we are happy to know that our daughter is now under the care of a far more competent and respectful doctor.
