I've been to other dentists who were argumentative and wouldn't listen to me, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. The waiting room is clean with comfy chairs. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question but so far they haven't had to. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The staff is great here and after only a few visits knew me by name. Dr. Chuck is great. I am very nervous about going to a dentist but he made me feel comfortable. I'm glad I went to Eagle Ridge dental.
