I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. It was really nice to see how patient they were with first-time mothers. I've seen some other pediatricians get really annoyed whenever a first-time mother asks a question, but they don't do that here. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
