They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me because they kept pressuring me to get dental procedures that I know weren't necessary. They should've respected my decision. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
