Took weeks to make an appointment...On day of appointment I arrived 20 minutes before my 2 PM appointment to find the waiting room packed with people(20+) who were ahead of me and the Doctor wasn't scheduled to be in until 2 PM....I'm guessing a three hour wait....not much in the way of information as to how long the wait would be other than "more than an hour"!!! So....the reason for appointments is ?????? "I live across the street, would you call me when you are down to just a few people ahead of me"? "We don't do that"... AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH !!!!
