I am seeing Dr. Seeger for a kidney stone and pain, I have had this since early 01/2016. He scheduled me for surgery to remove the stone on 03/16/2016. His incompetent staff called me at the 11th hour 03/14/2016 to say I wasn't cleared for surgery. They also said I cancelled the pre-surgical screening appointment, the problem with that is they never told me about the appointment, and the office where I was to have it never confirmed the appointment or called to see why I was a no show. Now this appointment has to be rescheduled, and the surgery put off even longer because of his staffs incompetence! There are several other examples I have of their incompetence eg. scheduling lab-work, changing appointment times and not notifying the patient! Dr. Seeger seems more than competent but his staff isn't! They blame the patient for their failures and have no care or concern for the patient - as I have said I have been in pain with this for over 3 months now - this borders on the surreal and absurd!
