My dog could have done better than Holladay.Not caring except for that $$$.They just were not concerned.I could not recommend this place. I was a patient for more than a year.Show you how stupid I was.

I will never go back here again due to the fact Dr. Holladay was very unprofessional. She never spoke to me about my procedure and i never even got to see her face. I was face down in the mat before she walked in and walked out and she never talked to me at all..I was sent home without any pain relief meds after she inserted a five inch needle into my neck and I had headaches for three months. Will never go back , she is very rude and unprofesional.
