I was a patient with this doctor for 26 years, until he made a terrible decision.

He was always nice and professional, and his nurse also, but the office staff could be rude and unprofessional at times ( would have to call multiple times for the same subject).

Recently Dr Haver decided to drop me as a patient due to my travelling a lot for work.

He sent me a registered letter, despite knowing that I was out of the country and would not receive the letter.

Due to this lack of notice, I was left without perscriptions that I had become accustomed to, and in a fair amount of pain.

I tried to contact Dr Haver by both phone and in person and he refused to return my calls or see me. These actions violate the standard of care that a doctor is obligated to provide and show a huge lack of loyalty.
