She lives on 250 acres, bordering a national forest and state park, but is still close to the office. Dr Polow is married to Mark Heidt, her husband of 38 years and a master cabinet maker and fine woodworker. They have two adult sons, Josiah and Zeb, and two grandchildren, Luxana and Remy. Dr Polow enjoys gardening, traveling, camping, kayaking and scrapbooking. Her favorite place to travel is anywhere she has not been before.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
