Well recently moving here from FLA I had gotten the referral to Dr Whitten from a friend. wow I was so pleased, he was very kind and the entire staff was very pleasant, I thought, he had referred me to pain mang for my acute pain, until I could get that appt situated, I would have to call for my prescription to be refilled, I got weird vibes from the front end,on the last occassion of picking up the prescription but alast I got in pain management. I had an appt to get labs at his office, I did call the office and ask when I was gonna be there could I get my appetite suppressants, well the same lady I got weird vibes from had told the dr. I ask for pain meds and he discharged me from his practice!!! I explained the error but still discharged me under the narcotic policy of trying to get the drugs from 2 different doctors!!! So now I am 62 yr and have such a blemish on my record.. I am sick about this.. and now I have to explain to pain mgt that I was discharged.. Like I'm some drug seeker,and I think I have shingles and no phycisian GREAT. so for the messenger in this case, she had selective hearing,selective speech and really screwed me becuz of her shallow way of thinking.. In other words the family practice is alittle too unproffecianal and too clicky behind closed doors..shame on all of them!!!
