We had a horrible experience. Dr. Steinberg was rough and arrogant with the patient and unresponsive to our requests. We went to him to have replacement retainers made for our daughter. He prescribed an additional course of orthodontics for her. Each visit resulted with a different course of action prescribed. After months of additional treatment, he still refused to provide the service we initially requested. Would not recommend this orthodontist!
