They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Overall, Dr. Gregory is a very good dentist, but his secretary staff was very difficult to deal with. There was no accommodations for college students and people who were frequently out of town. The reason I left this dentist was because of their lack of flexibility are difficult-to-deal-with phone staff.
