The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. The chair I sat in during my dental procedure was awful. It was seriously harder than a rock. They need to invest in more comfortable chairs. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. After my appointment, I was looking forward to being able to choose my favorite toothpaste or toothbrushes to take home but instead I was handed a couple of samples and rushed out the door.
