Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The office was easy enough to find. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

I gave them a try and my money. I kept going back until they told me any more work would cost extra. One had a certificate from a Miami school and the other only uses his first name.
The name Dr. Robert Holtz is on the door but I was never introduced to him.
Is this just a franchise type of business?
I am still wearing my old worn out set that works better than their's.
