I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe. When I left my appointment, my gums didn't stop bleeding for quite a while. They should have been more careful while they were flossing my teeth. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are the WORST. I was so uncomfortable I would have rather just stood up to wait for my appointment.
