This is a dentist who tries to nickel and dime you... I did feel uncomfortable with this dentist during my initial consultation. I am glad I got a second opinion and found a dentist I can trust.

I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. Their staff isn't organized at all. I didn't even get a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. I was hoping they would give me an invoice, and they eventually did, but it took a very long time. They definitely should have gotten it to me quicker. I was really hoping that I'd be able to watch TV during my dental procedure but they didn't have one. It was hard to sit through my entire procedure without getting bored.
