I went to the Statesboro Imaging Center for a Cardiac CT assessment. I previously have had 3 cardiac catheterizations. I noticed as I entered the door that they are an accredited facility. The people were very friendly. I didn't even get to open my magazine before I was called back right at my appointment time. The technologists were knowledgeable and friendly. The entire exam took less than 15 minutes, and my family doctor had the report by the time I got back to his office. My insurance was billed, and except for my deductible, I didn't have to pay anything. This is the way medicine is supposed to be practiced. Timely, friendly, professional. I could get used to this.
