They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no comfortable means for handicapped individuals to enter the exam room or get on the exam bed. The doctor had no bed side manner, in fact he seemed to get off on seeing me struggle and in pain. The main office nurse was so rude, Monitia is her name and she is the most horrid person I have ever encountered - she and the doctor fell from the same tree, both acted in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner that would not be accepted in any industry , especially the medical industry . They should be shut down and sued!

They were kind of friendly, but overall I wasn't very impressed. They definitely could have made more of an effort. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
