Dr. Inouye was attentive to my specific needs, she made it easy for me to share while giving sound professional advice. This is my first experience where I did not have to write down my history and talk to the Dr.'s assistant, rather the Dr. herself came in and we discussed my history while she listened and took notes. I felt like she was really trying to get an understanding of my needs instead of just inputting the information into the computer or filling out the medical form. Dr. Inouye was efficient and organized, her professionalism gave me a sense of trust and I will certainly continue to return to her as her patient. The medical building is spacious and clean with lots of outside lighting. The staff were friendly and warm. I couldn’t be more pleased with my first experience with Dr. Inouye.
