They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information.
Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. People who don't like to speak up may not get what they need or want.

Dr. has a great reputation as a surgeon, but in the office he is super busy and needed to be reminded about things in my chart, allergies, special health issues (nothing dangerous but not impressive as far as ensuring I was comfortable and pain-free).

The front desk is extremely rude. I waited and watched how nasty the intake person was to an older woman on oxygen. Although I tried to have all my information ready and to be as pleasant as possible, the girl went out of her way to make check in difficult. The doctor is excellent and is pleasant to deal with. This is not reflected in his staff. They are unfriendly, sour, and at times rude. When you call, the staff makes you feel like you shouldn't have called.
