The staff was polite, efficient and helpful, however I wasn't satisfied with the care of the Dr.
The Dr. only addressed one item I listed on the paperwork which I wanted her to discuss with me. Why bother filling it out? She didn't discuss lab work and there was an item in particular that every other Dr. I have seen immediately notices and discusses with me. I had to bring the issue to the Dr.'s attention. Worst appointment in my entire adult life. The morning of my appt I pulled the address of the office up and noticed the negative rating which I have to agree with.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I really felt comfortable and secure in their care. The equipment was safe and well taken care of and appeared to be pretty sophisticated. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
