Dr. Gerry is professional enough, but her staff leaves much to be desired. Her cleaning methods were acceptable, nothing too painful or extremely impressive. The reason for her low rating is between her and her staff she produced a letter that cancelled our doctor/patient relationship citing my unwillingness to subscribe to expensive treatments she suggested. However, she was "kind" enough to see me for "the next 30 days on an emergency, cash only basis...after that I had to find another dentist." This after going in for a cleaning....wow!!
