I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.
