Worst office ever! They cancel appointments because they assume if your phone number has changed, that you won't be in for the appointment. The office manager is very argumentative, loud and proud of herself for keeping a tight appointment schedule by canceling people without notice. She made it clear that if she can't confirm your appointment at the moment she calls you...poof! You're gone and you can wait another 6 months to get in. Meanwhile, I have a child in severe pain that can't be seen and I drove 12 miles one way to get there. If I wanted to cancel an appointment, I would call and tell you! When I called and scheduled the appointment, I intended to keep it. You just can't assume I won't be there because the phone number changed. It is YOUR responsibility to wait for the client to show or not show for the appointment. Who does this?!

If you the type of person that likes people to buttered you up then charge you for things that they shouldn't or for unnecessary things this is the place for you. The staff are overly friendly sickeningly so. So much you know there up to something. If you question them the dentist comes in even tho he just told you moments ago he only does what the receptionist tell him to do. I think this is true because they are an assembly line. The are corporate ran and the dentist there go by what they are told to do by corporate. If you question the price they are here apply for credit. Who has ever heard of a tongue having to be cut for dentures. The lady gagged me as while taking the x-rays of my teeth. (little shop of horrors) My mother didn't have her tongue clipped (cut). I don't know anyone in my family that needed their tongue clipped (cut). I went to another dentist a few years back (government dentist limited to what they can do) funny he made a comment did I gag you. hm Of course he takes his own x-rays. Word of mouth is he is the best dentist in the area also. (not the norm for Government) My insurance doesn't pay for the surgery to clip or cut my tongue for Dentures. This could be a good thing in this case. Be careful and leery when visiting there shops.
