They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was ready for a PAP Smear and lega up in the air, they let undified person in the room and they knew about it. They gave no reason but expressed it was "MY PRINCE!" The person that came into the room put a finger up and that's when I looked to see. It was a male that I haven't ever seen before and I have fear when I had to go to my next Pap smear test.
