I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They definitely went the extra mile to make me feel cared for even before my actual appointment. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were so kind and attentive to me. I have a condition which will possibly have to be managed extremely close for the rest of my life. Of course, I am a bit terrified. However, I didn't have to worry about them discounting what I had to say, or trying to tell ME how I feel, or trying to MAKE ME fit in some "box" with everyone else, which has been a problem for me at other places. They all treated me like a separate individual and addressed MY individual case. Dr. Pick went way beyond addressing my fears, answered all of my questions and WELCOMED any more I had. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with (Lucy, Zenitra and Elaine are magnificent!!!). They are so warm and professional, and made the whole experience that much better. I am not aware of their business/client loads, but I absolutely did not have to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room.
