They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They were cold and not friendly to me during my appointment and I don't think being a little more polite would have killed them. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. Be advised that she cannot read MRI's,failed to dx my MS, and I heard several complaints during my over 1hr wait time,with 1 pt leaving and another complaining that she triple books pts. I then went to UW Health in Madison WI,got the right dx,treatment with a much friendlier,cleaner enviornment,not to mention a MS neuro with a PHD,who does MS reasearch
