this man rushed into the emergency twice to save my Mom. His follow-up with her was great. This guy does not get enough credit. He is highly intelligent hard working guy that can be counted on in the middle of the night. He is a perfectionist and well disciplined. Staff has a hard time following orders. He expects a great deal from himself and his staff.
