Easily the worst experience I have ever had with a professional, much less a doctor. This person was rude abusive, confrontational and utterly unprofessional.

I cannot believe this is a one off. Her staff made an error and were too terrified to tell her the truth and she proceeded to blame me and treat me like garbage as a result, calling into question my integrity and state of mind over one of their errors. This was an utterly horrible experience on many levels.

I would never go back to U of C as a result. There is no way they do not know about this. And, if not, that is on them.

May have been good at one time, but that ship has long sailed, IMHO. Don't waste your time.
