Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. Instead of just recommending surgery right away I was presented with many treatment options here. I knew if I had to get surgery, it would be their last resort. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

Did this ENT Otolaryngologist offer you a possible remedy for your condition during your first visit?
Not only did they not offer me a remedy, I had to go somewhere else to get help
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
No, they were very calm and understanding
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
