The staff were... weird. They were courteous without being friendly. Like they couldn't care less about me. Zero smiles from any of them, except the tech who did my CAT scan. I know they're probably busy, but I dunno, it was odd.

The doctor seemed knowledgeable, but again, like he didn't care whether I did or did not opt for surgery. I'll probably wind up having him do the procedure because he has so many years of experience, but we'll see.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and Dr. Caniglia is by far the best I've ever seen. I didn't have to wait long after I arrived for my appointment. The doctor and staff made every effort to make me feel welcome. They are friendly and nice. The most important thing...very knowledgeable on treating me...presents me with non surgical options knowing that eventually surgery will be needed with my condition. Discusses the effects of certian drugs (mainly prednizone) if used to long. I feel that I am well educated on my condition and I have a voice in my treatment.
