They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better.
