When I left my appointment, my gums didn't stop bleeding for quite a while. They should have been more careful while they were flossing my teeth. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They also charge a billing fee of $20 after 90 days for every month. The are no trustworhty about heir billing practice and especially about geting pre-authorization for the work. I feel like that will tell you anything to get you in there to do the job. From what the new recepionis and billing person thold me, they fired all the folks who used to work there. Now they have new team because the other people were messing up with billing. That girl who answer the phone was no nice at all. They are more concern about money than retaining their patients.
