Gave a diagnose over phone and told me that they didn't need to see my daughter that she was sure it was pinkeye, well it was more than pinkeye after I had taken her to Redimed shortly after that phone call. Very upset and I won't go back or take my kids back.

I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Plus My 4 year old son was being less than cooperative during his exam seeing how he wasn't feeling well and the doctor got mean with him and grabbed him by the arm and actually pinched his arm hard and left a mark!!!! I will never go back there again. If he didn't want to work with kids then he should have never became a doctor :(
