I will no longer be using this dentist office. the people running the office care nothing about the patients or their circumstances. i went to get a cleaning after being covered by my dental insurance, however i accidentally left my card at home. i paid out of pocket expecting to be able to be reimbursed once i could call and get my insurance information to the office. the receptionist, julie, originally told me she would be willing to offer me free services to make up for what i had paid (she did not want to be bothered by filing my claim and made it clear she did not want her cousin, the management of the practice, to find out). once i explained i just wanted my money back, and after placing me and my insurance on hold multiple times during multiple phone calls, she finally told my insurance that i received a "full mouth debridement" and "irrigation" - services which are not covered/have a high copay. basically, although i received a normal cleaning, this office lied to my insurance about the services i received so that i could not receive a reimbursement for the $65 i paid out of pocket. i am disappointed at the lengths this office went to prevent me from receiving a reimbursement, even lying to my insurance about the services rendered. i have never heard of a full mouth debridement in my life and i was told at the time of payment i would be paying for a regular cleaning. it's disgusting the things people will do and say to make money off of you. terrible business practice.

I avoided going to the dentist for a long time. At Total Dental, they made me feel really at ease. All the staff were friendly, kind and accommodating. I never felt afraid to see the dentist.
Dr. Hernandez is one of the most gentle of dentists I have ever met., I had a tooth pulled and did not even know it was happening. Dr. Aaron worked with me so well that, I ended up doing major dental work, and now I have the most beautiful smile, I did not think it was possible. Thank you Dr. Hernandez, and Dr. Aaron and your entire staff!!!.
