I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure.
