Very disorganized office. Unprofessional and discourteous staff. The receptionist will ask you how to spell your name 5 times before putting you on hold for 10 minutes, then someone will pick up and ask you "who are you waiting for?". Cancelled my appointment 3 hours before I had to be there and could not reschedule for over a month. The Office Manager picked up and was completely unapologetic and could care less. I cancelled my other appointments and will take my family of (4) to a real dental team.

Never, they are very reliable.
