They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Dr. Turner is a great doctor.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The office was easy enough to find, however you may need assistance finding the correct elevator you'll need to use. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.They have used this new knowledge and technology in my son's last two shunt revision's; they can now adjust the amount of fluid the shunt drains without having to replace the shunt of having surgery. My personal belief is that Dr. Turner is "top in his field." They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
