This doctor way overbooks all his appointments. Even with your appointment you will be waiting for quit a long time. You and your other doctors will also have a very difficult time obtaining any of your medical records. They refuses to give copies of medical records. You will need to file a HIPAA complaint to force this Dr. to comply with records request. The office will completely ignore your phone calls and emails. After I made a request for a copy of my records, they would no longer respond at all. When I called they would place me on hold and never come back and emails were never responded to. Do yourself a favor and make your visit to a different Dr unless you enjoy being jerked around and wasting your time.

Illegal billing practices. They are providers with my insurance but balance bills. My son was to get his wisdom teeth and after exam states it will be $2000. I called my insurance right then and insurance states allowable amount is less than $400 and according to their contract they have to go by cigna allowed amount and cant bill me the rest. I asked office staff to speak to cigna which i had on the phone and they declined stating that is their company policy. I stormed out of there. I called cigna back to file a complaint and cigna has actually had several complaints on this office for same exact issue!!!!
