I was very impressed with Dr. Heffernan's office. The staff was friendly and I barely had to wait before they brought me in. Although the office didn't accept my insurance type, the doctor still provided a quick exam focused on the tooth that was hurting me, and did not charge me for it. They also provided advice about what steps I should take next in regards to both my insurance and treatment options. Thanks to Dr. Heffernan and his staff for a great experience!
