They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Dr. Mindrebo is a wonderful, compassionate man. He always asked about every member of my family and showed much interest in the fact that my husband (who has passed) was on the list for a double lung transplant. He followed his progress to the end. His bedside manner is the best, he is concerned about any problem you might have and corrects it as quickly as he can if one does arise. I highly reccomend him as his surgical techniques are up to date and he continues to attnd seminars and classes to learn new techniques.
