The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. It really bothers me that every time I visit them, I have to re-explain why I'm there and my situation, because they never remember. It makes me feel like they don't listen to me while I'm there.
