Tom Carroll, the senior partner in this two-dentist office, was my original dentist. I loved him and was a little anxious about seeing his younger partner when Dr. Carroll retired. But I reasoned that anyone as wonderful as Dr. Carroll would have been very careful about whom he took on as a partner, and I was right. Dr. Andrews is fantastic, very friendly, very kind, very knowledgeable. I have had a variety of mouth issues (none his fault!), so have had a chance to see him for more than just a twice-yearly cleaning. His office is very up-to-date, very clean, and his staff is professional and friendly. I've moved 30 minutes away from him and every time I think about transferring to someone closer...I never do it, because why mess with a great thing?

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
