RUDE office staff, horrible treatment of parents. Front office manager is absolutely horrible!! This "practice" doesn't allow parents to go back with their children! Assumes all kids hate the dentist and will immediately be aggressive with the children. Really worries me that they won't let parents back with the children. They actually write in the MEDICAL CHART the childs BEHAVIOR so that on all future visits, your child will be judged from that entry!!! From my childs chart "very well behaved and calm during visit" WHAT? So what about the kids who are scared of the dentist? Can you imagine what they write in those charts?? My child does excellent at the dentist office and I am very unsatisfied- I CANNOT imagine how horrified my child and I would be if he had acted up or had been afraid or cried or something. RUN! DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST! He should NOT be a pediatric dentist - I truely believe he hates kids! If you take your child here- he/she will really be scared of the dentist and will have a REAL REASON to be!!
