I was shocked by how bad patients are treated, especially because when I began (prior to submitting the bulk of my payment) everything seemed great - including the doctor. Do yourself a favor - if he seems like kind of a creative bs-artist type, go with your gut and move on quickly befor eyou get sucked in. He is forgetful and it leads to patients getting short-changed and treated badly. Sorry, but its the truth. Good out of the gate, really bad follow through.
