They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Dr. Dieterich takes the time to explain things well. She truly cares about children with disabilities and their families, She is easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I'm glad that my appointment went the way it did. It made me want to return all the more. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The offices are build to accomodate children in wheelchairs and are big enough to accomodate the child, the chair, the parent, and any other caregivers. The offices is accessible and close to accessible parking
